Just as COVID-19 seemed under control and things were settling down it seems the second wave of COVID-19 is happening as we speak. Many countries including Italy, Europe, America, and many more have experienced either new all time highs in COVID cases in a day or near all time highs. This was expected to happen at some point as it is getting to be flu season and this is usually the time sicknesses really get going around and it seems to be no different for COVID-19. 

      This is also leading to more problems in the real world as well as hospitals are shutting down due to the surge of cases and restrictions are being once again put in place by many businesses. It also is affecting sports leagues most notably the NFL and College Football l as countless infections have happened and cancelling of games in the past few weeks alone. So those leagues will have to make a decision on what they want to do and how they will handle these tough times. Most importantly however is how it will affect the presidential race as it has already cancelled the second presidential debate due to Donald Trump being infected with the virus. It may also affect the way votes come in and possibly the counting of the votes not to mention the plans each candidate has to control the virus may be a very important factor for who gets voted into office.

       With so much stuff going on in the world and the virus coming back strong it’s very scary for everyone. Hopefully with our past experience of the virus we can control it but we can only hope for the best.
