Chiefs @ Titans:
The Chiefs haven’t looked like how people expected them to look this year. Patrick Mahomes II has thrown 8 picks in 6 weeks, he threw two against the Washington Football Team on Sunday. The Chiefs’ receivers dropped a lot of passes in that game, Andy Reid and fans of the team are hoping that will stop this week in their big matchup. The Titans just came off of a primetime win against the Buffalo Bills who had the number one offense and defense in the league. Derrick Henry probably had his best game of the season so far, rushing for 143 yards and 3 touchdowns on 20 attempts. The Titans are starting to show the league why they had all of the hype before the start of the season, they are -4.5 underdogs in this game against the spread.
Bengals @ Ravens:
I don’t think anybody expected the Bengals to be off to the start that they’re on right now. They just handedly took care of the Detroit Lions last week winning 34-11, Joe Burrow and Ja’marr Chase have been one of the best quarterback/wide receiver duos this year. The Bengals stuck with the Green Bay Packers head to head only losing 22-25 most part to two missed field goals by kicker Evan McPherson. The Bengals don’t have an easy task this week as they’re going against the team with the highest record in the AFC at 5-1. Lamar Jackson has been on fire this year leading his team to big plays in big games when it mattered most. The Ravens are -6 point favorites against the Bengals this week.
Bears @ Buccaneers:
The last time these two teams faced off was on a Thursday night football game at Chicago where Tom Brady made his infamous 4th down mistake. The Bears and Buccaneers have two of the best defenses in the league, so this match-up could very well end up like last year’s low-scoring affair. Bears rookie quarterback Justin Fields has had his ups and downs since his first start, but he’s shown a lot of promise. Tom Brady and the Bucs are looking like how they were in the Super Bowl, nearly unstoppable. The Bucs have 3 receivers with over 400 yards and the defense that really is one of the best in the league. People are going to see if the Bears can stay stride for stride with the Bucs; the Bears are +12.5 underdogs against the spread.
