In today’s streaming entertainment, there are many types we can choose from, with some offering specific originals to their own service or having shows that only they can stream. One of these streaming services is Netflix, which has various amounts of shows and movies suited for everyone, so people would want to watch Netflix and not any other streaming service. Unfortunately for the users, there have been big complaints because they delete some of the movies and show off the streaming platform so they have space for others. This action has made many users on the platform begin to look for alternative options, which include many other shows that they like and don’t get rid of old movies so that others can watch them whenever they want. We will have to show its effect on audiences and the solution to help Netflix not become a streaming service destroyed by its actions.

The Deletion of shows and movies from their service has angered many because it could happen to any movie and would probably not get ported back onto the service due to Netflix wanting to put on the newest movies and shows rather than keeping the old ones. One of the solutions to this problem would be having the service tell which movies will be taken off with the speech happening on a specific date, preferably a month or three weeks before the shows are taken off. While this may seem like it fixed the problem, it, unfortunately, will still have people mad and acting like nothing will change. However, they must know why they are removing the old movies to counteract this. This would have to be good reasons, for example, that the movie has been around and that it is time to make space for new movies. It could also be about how it is a bad influence on others, with it being about racism and other harmful stereotypes that people don’t like. This will do a lot for the service as it shows that they give reasonable responses and take down these shows and movies for good reasons.

These solutions can prove to the audiences that they care about the shows and how they act for good reasons. However, the problem with this is that while the shows are taken down, the users say the shows and originals Netflix makes are as bad as some of the shows that get taken down. This could easily be solved by having the users tell Netflix ideas for shows and pick out the best-sounding show or movie along with the premise of the show or movie. This could go a long way to prove they listen to feedback and take words and reviews from the users to make shows and movies that everyone will enjoy and like on the service.
