In various schools and other educational institutions, educators need to incorporate creativity into their teaching methods, as it plays a crucial role in keeping the brain engaged and focused. This has been demonstrated through various documents, showing that this is very important, especially for children whose minds are constantly expanding and will need it to develop more complex emotions. However, schools have now been leaning more towards the aspect of work rather than creativity, which could potentially harm a child’s imagination and lead to a more limited view of the world, affecting their mental well-being and perspective. This could also halt any sort of advancement in they’re brain, causing it to possibly lower the IQ of the child and stunt development. This should not happen, and we will review options on how they can incorporate creativity into their work, as well as provide examples of how this method would be implemented instead of just doing work.
One way to enhance the work’s creativity is by incorporating an optional extra credit task. An example of this would be having a sort of assignment which has a kind of reading word puzzle that can only be solved using the numbers which would correlate to a specific letter which could help the person be able to decipher the answer instead of just doing the work and not even being engaged in the subject. This would allow the person to stay more focused in the lesson and use their mind to see how the numbers and letters correlate to the answer, which enables their minds to expand and remain creative. This is especially important in young people. Another example would be to have a sort of coloring which is imbedded into the assignment so that they have to make specific colors lineup with numbers so that when they are done with the assignment the paper will have more color rather than a standard grey color or white which are used mainly by schools and other educational places. This would go a long way for helping people’s creativity grow especially in young children and youth who would grow up to having a sort of creativity in a job career with an example being a artist which can even further they’re creativity due to the nature of what artists do which is paint maybe some abstract images and put some paint onto them but it turns out to be a masterpiece. This goes to show how important a person’s creativity is along with how we can stop it from simply going away and never being used again which can hinder them and even close off specific job career paths they could’ve done if they had been given the chance and the creativity which would have been around would have helped them get into the career path.
