On February 9th, 2025, the Super Bowl, the National Football League (NFL) national league championship game, took place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. There are several reasons why the Chiefs may have had more followers than the Eagles did. For instance, the main reason is that they had Travis Kelce playing on their team, who has a bigger following than most of the other players, mainly because of his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, whose following is 283M on Instagram. Another reason is their recent wins in the years before, as was previously stated. For the first quarter score, The eagles had 7 points on the scoreboard and chiefs had 0. For the second quarter, the Eagles moved up on the scoreboard and ended up with 17 points overall, while the Chiefs struggled to get their first few points on the board and ended the first half of the game with a 0. After the halftime show witch had 133.5 million viewers turn on the superbowl just for it the third quarter started of strong for the chiefs when they score their first points late when Patrick Mahomes hit Xavier Worthy for a 24-yard touchdown ending the score boars with 34-6:the eagles are still in the lead so far. The fourth quarter started off bad for the Chiefs, at a point in the game, they knew they could not win in time, so they leveled up and had really effective defiance, so effective that the Eagles didn’t score again and ended it off with 34 points still and the chiefs tried for 2-points conversion to Travis Kelcy but failed and ended the game with 6 points making the eagles the winner of 2025 playoff.
