Homecoming

Homecoming is right around the corner and students are already having Hoco proposals. Homecoming (Hoco) is a dance to bring back former students back and to celebrate our conch pride.KWHS’s Hoco dance will be on Nov 2nd from 7:00pm to 10:00 pm in the KWHS courtyard, Welcomed by the Hoco game on Nov 1st. Teachers encourage all students to join them in both to show the school conch pride spirit. The dance will include food a theme and the dance of a lifetime no tickets required. Students out of the KWHS are not allowed to enter.

When the extra stuff like queen stuff is happening: All of the homecoming week will be a time to remember. So in order this is the schedule for homecoming week, For Monday there will be a homecoming parade and a spirit night (AKA conchs on Broadway) at 6pm that night of October 28th. The next day on Tuesday There will be a Trunk or Treat event in the Key West High School parking lot at 6:30 pm that night of October 29th, That Wednesday will be the homecoming speeches, the time will be announced during school hours on October 30th. That Thursday there will be the homecoming voting event and the homecoming pep rally on October 31st.That Friday will be the homecoming game at 7;00pm that night and will be welcomed by the Key West High School band as well as the Homecoming Parade on Monday, October 28th. Last but not least what we all have been waiting for is the homecoming dance it will be that Saturday at 7:10pm right after November 2nd.All grades are allowed to come to the homecoming dance and all of the other events.
